General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between KingPalace and all of its members. KingPalaceBy using -'s website, mobile platform, or any of its services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To register with KingPalace, you must meet the following requirements. Registering with false information will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any winnings.

• Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, or device is strictly prohibited.
• The phone number and email provided at registration must be kept active at all times.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• KingPalace reserves the right to verify any account at any time if suspicious activity is detected.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions at KingPalace are fully secure and transparent. We support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following limits are mandatory.

• At least one successful deposit must be on record before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Additional KYC verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.
• In accordance with our anti-money laundering policy, suspicious transactions are automatically flagged for review.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies up to 100% on the first deposit.
• All bonuses must be used within 30 days — they will expire after that period.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Bets on slots games generally count as 100% toward wagering requirements; Live Casino games count as 20%.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device is strictly prohibited.
• While a bonus is active, the maximum bet is capped at ৳500 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower.

Gaming Rules & Fairness

• The RTP (Return to Player) rate for all games is clearly stated in each game's information section.
• If a technical error renders a result invalid, the stake for that round will be refunded.
• If your internet connection is lost, game outcomes will be determined based on server records.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final; exceptions apply in the case of technical errors.
• Playing on multiple accounts simultaneously is strictly prohibited.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Account Closure & Suspension

Under the following circumstances, KingPalace may suspend or permanently close an account. This is our right and may be exercised without prior notice.

• Registering with false information.
• Participating in prohibited activities.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• By order of the authorities for legal reasons.

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining deposit balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, but any bonuses will be forfeited if the wagering requirements have not been met.
